Grow affiliate and partner channel revenue, meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets
Develop strategy for and manage/optimize all aspects of the Affiliate/partner program including: commission structures, recruitment, onboarding, creative requests, communication plan, newsletter content development, incentive/promo plans, paid placement strategy and negotiations, competitive monitoring and insights, etc.
Daily/weekly/monthly program monitoring and reporting; Analyzing the data to bring back high-level findings and recommendations to our business partners
Work very closely with internal merchandising team to source product deals, and work with top deal sites to secure deal posts
Work to source partnerships and placements with publishers that align with strategic business objectives (e.g. Fashion, Athletic, etc.)
Manage and grow relationships with top publishers
Innovate, and identify new opportunities to drive incremental sales through our publishers
Manage the Affiliate agency, and work with them to identify, evaluate and recruit new affiliates that are in line with our strategy and KPIs
Responsible for managing insertion orders, invoices, and budget of affiliates
Continual evaluation and optimization of cost structures (commission rates, CPA, CPC)
Maintain brand quality assurance by monitoring affiliate practices and compliance
Ability to work cross-functionally with technology team to implement tracking pixels, etc. for new or existing partners
Collaborate with other cross-functional teams including the broader marketing team, analytics, e-commerce, merchandising, and technology
Be the champion for the affiliate marketing within team and broader organization
2-3 years of direct affiliate marketing experience. Additional years of Marketing and/or Sales experience preferred.
Experience in negotiating affiliate marketing partner contract rates in order to decrease Cost per Lead (CPL)
World-class client/partner relationship management and written communication skills
Data-driven mindset and prior experience regularly analyzing partner ROI and performance scores
Excellent presentation skills and ability to partner with internal technical resources to build intuitive, easy-to-understand reporting for executives and managers
